Hypnotic strategies for anxiety and arousal reduction, ego-strengthening, motivational enhancement, habit control, and relapse prevention and as well as insight and ego-state oriented techniques will be integrated in a comprehensive phase-oriented treatment approach.

The workshop will include didactic presentations, demonstrations, and experiential practice sessions to rehearse hypnotic techniques and directly experience the concepts iterated.
